Nathalie J. Kanani

Founder & Principal Attorney

Attorney Nathalie J. Kanani is the Founder and Managing Attorney of the Kanani Law Firm.  Nathalie is dedicated to delivering justice by zealously advocating for and representing individuals who have been injured by the wrongdoing and negligence of others.

Nathalie has extensive experience in handling both, criminal and civil matters.  She has previously worked for a high-profile criminal defense attorney, which allowed her to experience defending some of the most complex and serious felonies in both, Superior and Federal Court.

Shortly thereafter, Nathalie became a Prosecuting Attorney in Fulton County, where she handled thousands of criminal cases and appeared in front of many State Court judges.  After her position as a Prosecuting Attorney, Nathalie worked as a Litigation Attorney for one of the most respected personal injury law firms in Georgia.

Nathalie’s background and unique experience in both criminal defense and criminal prosecution, as well as civil litigation, allowed her to establish her own personal injury practice.  Nathalie is fluent in Spanish and she utilizes her skills and unique experience to represent individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others, including negligent drivers, large insurance companies, trucking companies and various other businesses.

Nathalie is an active member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Atlanta Bar Association.  In her free time, Nathalie enjoys spending time with her 14-year-old daughter, Viviana.
